Who we are
Strong at Home Chichester offers one-to-one strength and balance training for over-60s in and around Chichester. It is run by Jamie Stone, who is the data controller for the information you give us. Contact: jamie@cortexgrowth.co.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your answers to our enquiry form: who the training is for, their age band, what matters most to them, where they'd like sessions, their town, whether the price works and when they could start.
We don't ask about health in our forms. If you go ahead, a trainer will ask health and safety questions on a call, only with your consent.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, call you to answer questions and arrange a first session. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) collects the form on our behalf. We store enquiries in secure business tools (email and spreadsheets). If you book, your trainer receives your contact details and session notes.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead, we delete your enquiry within 6 months. Client records are kept for as long as you train with us and for up to 2 years afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
